Terms of Service
Last updated: June 6, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Stream8 (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Stream Infinity Team, an individual sole proprietor ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
Stream8 lets you upload video files, arrange them into playlists, and broadcast them as continuous live streams to third-party destinations such as YouTube, Twitch, Facebook and other RTMP endpoints. We provide the streaming infrastructure; we do not provide the content you stream.
2. Eligibility and your account
The Service is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By creating an account or using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.
You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
3. Your content and your responsibilities
You retain ownership of the files and content you upload. You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights, licences and permissions to the content you upload and stream, and that streaming it to your chosen destinations does not infringe anyone's intellectual-property, privacy or other rights.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload and broadcast. You agree not to use the Service to stream content that is unlawful, infringing, or that violates the terms or community guidelines of any destination platform you broadcast to. We do not monitor your content, but we may remove content or suspend streams that we reasonably believe violate these Terms or applicable law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, using it to distribute malware, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may set and enforce reasonable technical limits (such as storage, number of streams, and destinations) according to your plan.
5. Prohibited content
In addition to your responsibilities in Section 3, you must not upload, stream, or otherwise use the Service to distribute content that:
- is pornographic or sexually explicit;
- sexually exploits, endangers, or depicts the abuse of minors;
- promotes terrorism or violent extremism, or incites violence, hatred, or self-harm;
- constitutes harassment, or targets a person or group on the basis of a protected characteristic;
- facilitates illegal gambling;
- is defamatory or knowingly false in a way that harms others;
- promotes illegal activity, fraud, scams, or deceptive or misleading schemes;
- is used for cryptocurrency mining or other unauthorised use of computing resources;
- distributes malware, spyware, or phishing material;
- infringes the intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights of any third party; or
- is otherwise unlawful or violates the terms or community guidelines of a destination platform you broadcast to.
We may immediately remove such content, suspend the associated streams, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Section, without prior notice.
6. Plans, billing and refunds
The Service offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Full details of cancellation and refunds are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider acting as merchant of record; your purchase is also subject to that provider's terms.
7. Intellectual property
The Service itself — including its software, design, and brand — is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property law. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Service other than the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.
8. Service availability
We work to keep the Service reliable, including automatic recovery of interrupted streams, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates legal or security risk. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
