Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellations and refunds work for paid Stream8 subscriptions. By subscribing to a paid plan you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service.
1. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you choose). Each renewal is charged automatically at the start of the new billing period using your saved payment method, until you cancel.
2. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from the billing section of your account, or by emailing support@stream8.cloud. When you cancel:
- Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for — you keep Pro features until then.
- You will not be charged again after the current period ends.
- At the end of the period your account moves to the Free plan. Cancelling does not delete your account or your uploaded files.
3. Refunds
Because the Service is a digital subscription that is available to you for the full period you pay for, fees are generally non-refundable, including for partial billing periods after a cancellation. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for time remaining in a billing period.
This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer-protection law. Where such law requires a refund — or where you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a clear billing mistake) — we will honour it. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us and we will review your request in good faith.
4. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and notify you. If the payment cannot be completed, your subscription may be downgraded to the Free plan; you can re-subscribe at any time.
5. Price changes
If we change subscription pricing, the new price applies from your next billing period after we give you reasonable notice. Price changes never apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.
6. How to request a refund or get help
For any billing question, cancellation help, or refund request, email support@stream8.cloud with the email address on your account and a short description. We aim to respond within a few business days.
