This Privacy Policy explains what information Stream8 collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. The data controller for the Service is Stream Infinity Team, an individual sole proprietor. We aim to collect only what we need to run the Service.

1. Information we collect

• Account information — your email address and any profile details you provide, such as a display name.
• Content you upload — the video files, playlists, streams and destinations you create to operate your channels.
• Billing information — your plan and subscription status. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
• Technical data — logs, IP address, device/browser information and stream health data needed to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the Service.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to operate your streams, authenticate and secure your account, process payments, send service and account notifications, provide support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Service providers (subprocessors)

We share data with a small number of providers only as needed to run the Service:

• Cloud object storage (S3-compatible) — to store your uploaded video files.
• Email delivery provider (SMTP) — to send account, billing and notification emails.
• Payment provider — a third-party payment provider acting as merchant of record, to process subscription payments.
• Hosting / infrastructure provider — to run the application servers and databases.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security commitments. Some may process data in other countries; where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards.

4. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data and your uploaded content within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or to resolve disputes.

5. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can manage core account data in the app, or contact us to exercise these rights.

6. Cookies

The app uses a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. This marketing site is static and does not set tracking cookies.
